Apps just get poorer the more you use them
Play back error most of the time.
Very disruptive behaviour between camera and phone connections.
Was decent until the last update. Now I can only view when on the wifi network. I can not view the cameras when away. Kind of pointless now. I've tried rebooting, factory reset, deleting the device and removing the app. Started from fresh. Will load a couple cameras once or twice then stops working until I'm within wifi range at my business.
In May 2019, Swannview Link suddenly stopped working. Tech Support recommended trying SwannOne Link, which also displayed the error: "App does not support split screen." More often it froze the device. Tech Support recommended that I AlwaysSafe. SwannOne Link is now archived, which implies that it is no longer supported.
Don't work on mobile anymore
This app has not let me do anything. The only reason I downloaded in the first place is to view my house/camera's when I am not home. Guess what? It doesn't work and customer service has been no help. I contacted them years ago and still not 1 single service representative could tell me how to fix. I am seriously considering another security system.
